Standard UK orders - Free Delivery (On Marked Items)

UK orders will be charged according to the weight and size of the items purchased. The majority of items found on this website include FREE Delivery (marked) or is included in the product price. Larger of Heavy items may require a delivery surcharge, if this is the case, the FREE Delivery Icon on the product item page will NOT be displayed. Additional delivery charges are displayed within the PayPal shopping basket - You will be notified of the associated delivery charge when placing your order.

Weight 0 > 1kg

Deliveries on orders that weigh less than 1kg are sent via Royal Mail First Class and may be charged according to their total / approximate weight. This does not guarantee next day delivery.

Weight 1 > 20KG

Delivery on orders that weigh between 1kg and 20kg are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels and again may be charged according to their approximate weight. Please allow approximately 3-5 working days for delivery.

Weight 20Kg +

Deliveries on orders that weigh in excess of 20kg will be sent using a respected courier. Delivery charges may vary. If you wish to enquire about the delivery charges of large items, please feel free to contact us via email or telephone.

Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland and Northern Ireland)

If you urgently require an item, you may pay an additional delivery fee and use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. If you require this service, please contact us via email or telephone to enquire further.

Deliveries requiring Royal Mail Special Delivery must be placed before 12 pm (noon) and prices will vary according to the weight of your order.

European / International orders

Delivery on international orders will vary from country to country and unless otherwise stated, may be priced upon request. Deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey and the Republic of Ireland may be charged as an international order.

We aim to dispatch internationals orders within 48 hrs of receipt, though delivery times may vary depending on the final destination.

All delivery charges on international orders are calculated according to their weight and destination. Unless otherwise stated, you will be advised of the cost on international deliveries upon enquiry or receipt of you order. Restrictions may apply to some products including, highly flammable glues and cleaning products.
